  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • Milk of choice (enough to reach a pancake batter consistency)
  • Coconut oil for frying
